Privacy Policy — Chirp Marketing Website
Effective Date: 09/13/2026
Last Updated: 09/13/2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Ten Eight Studios LLC (“Ten Eight Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through our marketing website located at getchirp.net (the “Site”).
Scope. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site — our public-facing marketing and informational web pages. It does not apply to the Chirp application itself, which is governed by a separate Privacy Policy provided to agencies and users under a Pilot Agreement or other service agreement. If you are a Chirp application user, please refer to that document instead.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account or submit personal information to browse the Site. We collect information in the following limited ways:
a. Information you voluntarily provide. If the Site includes a contact form, demo request form, or email link, we collect what you submit — for example, your name, email address, agency or organization name, and message content.
b. Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, we (and any analytics provider we use) may automatically collect standard technical data, such as:
- IP address (which may be used to derive general, non-precise location such as city or region)
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring/exit pages
- Date and time of visit
c. Cookies. The Site does not use cookies for analytics or tracking purposes. Our analytics tool (described in Section 3 below) operates without cookies or persistent identifiers.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through the Site
- Understand Site traffic and usage patterns (e.g., which pages are visited, how visitors found the Site)
- Maintain and improve the Site’s content, performance, and security
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors found the Site. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or any persistent identifier to track visitors, and it does not collect personal information for advertising purposes. It relies on aggregated, privacy-preserving measurement rather than individual tracking. More information is available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or share visitor information from the Site with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information collected through the Site only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., an analytics provider, email service, or website hosting provider), solely to help us operate the Site
- If required by law, subpoena, or legal process
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Ten Eight Studios, Site visitors, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case visitor information may be transferred as part of that transaction
5. Data Retention
We retain information submitted through contact or demo request forms for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our internal recordkeeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics tool in use.
6. Your Choices
- Marketing contact: If you submitted a contact or demo request and no longer wish to be contacted, email us at privacy@teneightstudios.com and we will honor your request.
- Access/deletion requests: You may contact us at privacy@teneightstudios.com to ask what information we hold about you from the Site and to request its deletion, subject to any legitimate business or legal retention needs.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information collected through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be reflected here; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
